David is the founder and principal of Stirling Business Consulting.  Prior to setting up Stirling Business Consulting, David worked as a corporate manager within the graphic arts supply industry and gained substantial technical and management experience across a diverse range of allied manufacturing industries.  This included training stints in Germany, Italy the UK and Japan. His professional career has provided him with excellent technical skills related to these industries, as well as a proven ability in designing, creating, maintaining and auditing management systems within complex organisations.

David also has proven leadership and program management skills, including exceptional ability in marshalling and harnessing the skills and experience of individuals and teams to deliver business outcomes.

David is a dedicated, highly skilled professional, having completed senior management training at the Australian Institute of Management, also gaining qualifications as an accredited RABQSA Lead Auditor, Risk Management  and Certificate IV Work Health & Safety. These attributes help David provide clients with the resources and capabilities they need to obtain certification in any standard.

With a background in corporate quality management, Anna is well versed in the processes of setting up, maintaining and maximising the benefits of quality management systems.  After representing clients (and being one herself) at numerous system audits, Anna sees the process from the client’s perspective and takes great pride in putting them at ease in what can appear as a daunting experience.

Through formal qualification and field experience, Anna has also honed her safety and environmental management skills. With a focus on minimising risk while accounting for realities, Anna endeavours to achieve effective, compliant and practical solutions for clients.  Backed up by her degree in journalism and impeccable attention to detail, Anna is highly skilled in accurately documenting system components while operating within the confines of relevant standards and client processes.
